  hey pp, i know what you mean.. about being in that place. been there quite a few times too.  i know it sounds like it's hard to do right now, but if you can just see one nice little thing in the place where you are right now, it will help you just a little bit... just try to appreciate one thing. maybe youre tv is working great, or you are nice and warm or cool or whatever. or you love the new whatever you just bought. or someone was nice to you and made you feel wanted. anything. just find something good and focus on that for a few moments and then try to find another thing....

  Phoeby ~ Thank you for the suggestions. I'm trying really hard to find things to focus on. Of course, when even your favorite things are failing to keep you focused, it's kinda hard to see the light at the end of that dreary, cold, dark tunnel.

  QP~ Still in the funk, lol. But seriously, it's hard. But I'm still trying to hold on and live.
