  your daughter has to go to school fallyn.  and if you can't make that happen, you have to find help to make it happen.  a child needs guidance.  they can't make their own rules, you know?  your role is to know when it's time to get outside help to solve the problems you can't solve alone. 
  i suggest you talk to your children, as well as the school.
  you might need a counselor to work with your daughter- and they can help you figure that out.
   
  this back and forth of custody isn't good for anyone; and especially not for your children.

  i'm just not sure where to turn for help.
  i have all the mental counseling i need right now.....i need some actual physical hands on kind of help....and i'm not sure there is anywhere to turn for that.

  start with the school - try to make allies of them because they might be able to give you the hands-on help you need or at the least point in the direction of someone who can.

  i've talked a lot with her teachers......but it's the principal and the attendance office that doesn't like me.
  they probably think the court did the wrong thing giving them back to me.

  I hope you can resolve this situation as quickly as possible, Fallyn.  I remember what pain you went through before and how it must have been hard on the kids.  I don't mean to judge--I don't know the circumstances in your life, but I would hate to see you all go through this same thing again.  Sounds like counseling is in order--not only to help but to show that you are serious in making things work.  Good luck to you all.  I'll be hoping that things improve soon!

  i finally found the notification in the back of the mailbox.
  it all came about because of the school she missed while we all had the flu...and they couldn't get a hold of me...and i didn't remember to call them about her absense....cause i was so sick.....
