Well, to the best of my knowledge which is limited. LOL I think I have been here at SC for a year this week.. Or close to it. Sad to say I had a dumb attack and deleted my first posts.
I can still remember wondering what the heck is this “blogging” I hear mentioned on tv and other places. So, I went to find out.. I searched and found Soulcast Free Blogging.. And there I went. I looked around did a lot of reading and decided I would give it a try.
I can also remember after signing up clicking on to the “create post” box and staring for a long time wondering what to write. I wrote.. Saying a hello, and I was a “newbie”. Then another pause… before I hit the submit button. My first post.
I was actually so very surprised when I got response to that first post. I never in my wildest dreams would have thought that anyone would be interested in what I had to say.
Then the next time I looked I was beside myself as I had six readers..
Well, here it is a year later, and I am so thankful I found SC. I have gotten to know some wonderful people here from all over the world. THE WORLD. That just blows me away, still. I have also had the great pleasure of meeting a soul caster in person. Wombie is such a good friend and has become like a sister to me.
I have learned so much from you all. Every day when I go “surf” SC halls I always learn something new. Some of you have enriched my life so much with your wise words of wisdom and your great sense of humor.
You have helped me through some sad times and been there with full support and good advice. I just want you all to know that I think so much of each and every one of you. You all are like my neighbors and friends I stop by to see every day. I wish I had time to see all of you every day…
