Should everything be closed on Sunday like it was untill the 60s. Everyone needs to go to church, and if you choose Sunday then so be it. There should be a law that everyone must believe in God. There would be no time for crime,drugs, T.V,sex, shopping , war or anything else if you were at church. You would save money on gasoline as well! Lets make going to church a law!

It's a well known fact that you cannot legislate belief in God. You may be able to tell people what to do, but not what to think and feel. This being said, the law would only result in more law breaking when people tire of being told to show up at church. Their hearts will not have changed.

Ah, God - I understand your frustration, but You know better than anyone that sincere worship cannot be legislated or forced. Better people should come to you freely and in authentic adoration than because of fear of punishment.But ... if You are going to consider this, I would like to hear more of Your thoughts on what constitutes a good or proper church? I am pretty disillusioned with mine and with organized religion in general. Now that I have distanced myself from the Sunday church goings and immersed myself in other forms of inquiry, prayer and meditation, I feel closer to You than I ever did before. -
