I just feel a little off today. Barely got anything done. I think my conscious mind is on strike. Last night I choreographed a dance routine in a dream. Sort of like a folk dance. I re-ran it so many times in a half awake state, I could have actually done the routine when I got out of bed this morning.

The highlight of my day was when Oprah featured psychiatrist and hypnotherapist Dr. Weiss on her show today. The topic was past life regression. Very interesting show and I can't way to see part 2.

Dr. Weiss wrote a book on past life regression twenty years ago. I probably read it about 15 years ago. He hypnotized Dr. Oz. and Oprah's audience. The actual induction wasn't shown on TV.
I've been a hypnotist for over 20 years so I was glad to see the show didn't try to make it look like a big joke, like some other talk show hosts have done.

interesting, i've never much held with past-life regression, myself--but then again, i think we both know that our respective sensibilities are pretty different, no? :>
