Since I neither know nor have read ALIENated since my arrival here at SoulCast I really cannot comment on the issue at hand.
What I am doing actually is following through on a resolve. I resolved to, for the next week at least, when I sign on to hit the home tab, then hit most recent, read and comment to the first five posts on that list. This is number four. So far so good, right?
As per said resolve, I have read and commented.
I may go find this ALIENated character and find out for myself what he is all about.

Ok Sean and Cussane back to your respective corners.
Oh! Wait you're both in the same corner. Now who's in the other corner?
Ah! I see No one. He ducked out and hasn't been back since.
Ok. Issue resolved. For now anyway.
I still haven't found ALIEN, I guess I haven't looked hard enought yet. Sounds like someone I would like to entertain although.

Sean a rightwinger! I have suspected this all along :>
Someone has got to get Alien in here so he can defend himself.
If you actually read a lot of Alien you would discover he is not a racist, although if a public figure called Obama a butt monkey the lib media would have a field day with that. I think the term butt monkey is more of an observation of his ears, not his race.
Sean is not a rightwinger and he is not a leftwinger, he is most of the time in the middle. He'd hate to admit he leans more to the right than the left though. :>
Hey professor. Can you not read ...
Sorry, but this all makes about as much sense as some of the crap
that liberals say about conservatives.
I hate it when someone makes it this easy. Grow a brain.
And I am pretty sure Sean is black. Oblahma is only half black, so I guess
that would make me half a racist. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
And actually less that half since I am part American Indian. ha ha ha ha ha
Why would anyone with a brain think a certain way about someone simply
because their skin is a certain shade? Think about it. I do not even hate
Mr. Oblahma. I do however hate his liberal / socialist politics. I would never
vote for the guy for that reason alone. I you plan to vote for him because
his is (half) black, then I would have to wonder which of us is the real
racist.
By the way, I wrote that post after watching the John Stewart and Stephen
Cobert shows one night. I was thinking how liberals say anything they want
about conservatives and no one cares. Someone can say one thing about a
liberal / Democrat and all hell breaks loose. That is a lot of what conservative
talk radio is all about ... turning the tables. Liberals have had free reign in the
media for decades. Rush showed conservatives that the days of Mr. Nice Guy
are gone if we want to save this country.
The only one pulling the race card is Oblahma. Republicans would not dare make the election about race.
Historically, some Christians have interpreted the Biblical passages so that
the "mark" is thought to be part of the "curse". In 18th century America
and Europe, it was commonly assumed that Cain's "mark" was black skin,
and that Cain's descendants were black and still under Cain's curse.
Accepting the theory that God had cursed black people, some have used
the curse as a Biblical justification for racism. These racial and ethnic
interpretations of the curse and the mark have been largely abandoned
even by the most conservative theologians since the mid-20th century,
although the theory still has some following among white supremacists
and an older generation of whites, as well as a very small minority of
Christian churches.

Shelter I stated my opinion we disagree big deal.
Sean-Race is an important issue. A problem is there are people in our society that play the race card to gain an advantage. Don Imus, he was practically run out town. Imus may be a racist, he is certainly an asshole. But compare Imus to the neo-nazi movement in the country. There are true racists in this country that never get attention or mentioned in the news.
