Mamie and I are lucky enough to share the same day! That is really cool. Is there any other May 12th birthdays out there?
My day was quite simple. I took myself out to Old Navy and bought a new summer dress. Now, I'm not the dressy kind of girl but this is a dress that really suits me well. I aslo bought a pair of sweat pants and a T-shirt. Guess which one I am wearing right now?
Then when my youngest daughter came home from school I took her to the thrift store to buy some clothes...oldest came along and somehow managed to end up with the most clothes. Again, I found another cute summer dress. I think this is Lucy's doing with her talk of shopping! I found a few tank tops that I like as well.
We picked up fast food for the kids on the way home. They are a bit tired of my healthy eating and wanted something fried and greasy. So, they got McDonald's.
The girls went through their new clothes, picked out an outfit and all four kids left for downtonw. I am sitting at home in my sweats and t-shirt vegging out.
