The page you were looking for no longer exists

yesterday was mother's day and my father's birthday.

a double celebration in our home.

it kinda suck cuz it rained and some of the guests didn't came.

but it was okay.

i hate it though because there are some relatives that i do not like. so i stayed in our room and watch some t.v.

like my uncle who is obviously drunk and  keeps asking me if i have boyfriend. that on my age i should be married cuz most of my cousins are married. that i should give my parents a grandchild so that my life would be better. that i should find a boyfriend. blahblahblah...

it was really annoying.

so i just keeping nodding.... but actually i was thinking of the chocolate cake in front of me...

and today me and my sister went to wet market to buy some ingredients for our doughnut. remember my post about that.

i was actually surprise to know that we spent less. (like half of the budget). if we buy in the wet market than in the groceries sections in a supermarket. the flour is much more cheaper! and most bakeries bought their stuff in there! how cool is that! at least now i know where to buy!

and so this afternoon i made doughnuts. and this time i followed my father's advice. he gave me some advice to improve my doughnuts.

and guess what?!?!?!?

it was my best batch of doughnuts so far!!!

so i made my little doughnuts and gave them to the coffee shop for the free taste. we gave them our number.

i hope they answer back and buy some doughnuts!!!!

but i'm not that positive about it. oh well at least i tried.

i think i'm gonna stay late tonight and watch some romantic movies or something. there this korean movie that i love. it's called 200 pounds beauty. very funny movie!

okay i dont want to brag or anything but most of asian romantic-comedies movies are much more better than hollywood ones. there this certain humor on asian romantic movies.

or maybe i get the humor in asian ones than in hollywood. dont get me wrong there are few romantic-comedies movie in hollywood that i like.

okay i'm rambling on my post now.

and i gotta go!!!! entourage is on!!!

i'll be back later!!!!

keep on blogging!!!

Doughnuts are not easy. A long time ago, I tried a bunch of time and never got a good result. Good work!

Ummmm donuts.  I'm glad I'm here or you would have had quite a few less donuts to give to the coffee shop to try.

Nice post full of good "ramblings!"  I am thinking no way would I even attempt to make donuts!  Kudos to you!  I wondered what a "wet market" was. But I am guessing that is some specialty place to buy goods for baking and such?  Pooh on your uncle who thinks getting married and having children is the "one" answer to life.   You will do that if and when you are ready and with the "one" you are meant to do it with!  Wow,  you are young yet!  Cool that you had the double celebration and that you are still doing your own thing!

Quenny. I like European movies better than Hollywood movies too. There are movies form Asian counties I've seen with subtitle that I really like. Form all kind of counties. Of course there are some American movies I like too.

I would like to taste your dough nuts.    My amma it means grandma did the best I have ever tasted they are a bit differnt in shape than the American. Their name is kleina in Icelandic and I showed them in one blog.

About your uncle this is very annoying. I remember when I was a young girl and people were asking are  you going to do this or that. An aunt always talking about jobs, like work was the only thing in life. It would irritate me. Keep on blogging dear.

wombie: a wet market is like a typical market but most of the products are fresher. yeah i'm still young and is not rushing to have kids yet.... well i hope they like my doughnuts!

skald: oh i hope i could send it to you! but i dont it might sog...lol... yeah there some europeans movies that i love too!!! i guess it's best that ignore those kind of people. i live my life for me... =) thanks for dropping by!!! =)

    Ewww....I hate used booze breath!
    But donuts...yummy.
I prefer foreign films to Hollywood films, too, and I prefer Britcoms to American sitcoms.
Hollywood pays way too much money to far too many people with very limited talent, in my opinion.
Talented donut makers, on the other hand, are severely underpaid.
