  Dear Soul Cast help,

  Hottips4U and I have had problems getting along since the first of the year.  We still don't get along.  I don't know if that is why she targetted Rustydiamond (my brother-n-law ) or not, but from his very first post, she was saying unkind things calling him a liar,etc.

  It came to a climax when he accidentally posted a picture of his younger brother instead of his own.  They were stored together in our computer.

  In the above post, hottips refers to me as Dee.

  I am married to Papa Jack (another blogger here), Papa Jack and Rustydiamond are brothers.

  We live in the same house, and all of us use the same computer, and also a laptop.,

  We object to anyone re-posting our pictures without our permision, especially the one hottips writes about, because he is a younger brother and she posted his name to it, etc.

  Please let us know if she has the right to re-post his picture on her blog.

  Unless you posted any restrictions with the picture on Flickr, I don't know if there's anything you or anyone else can do about it unless you can show she's harassing you.

  Seems a picture can be so much....to some it can mean so much more, especially to a gal pal.
  
  Yea I have a gal pal here...quiet like, we have watched and finally an idiot made a mistake and she and I have been busy making cards.
  
  We have sent these cards (e-cards....everywhere) a photo and named attached saying a message for the one opening the e-mail....she is great with photoshop.
  
  Anyways, this individual has treated us pretty bad in the past but we were patient...now we have hopefully given him something to think about.....
  
  Consider :  Every State in the United States received a warning and a pic, a name and a warning about the individual.  We exposed the habits, the  grave danger to children and as a stalker of females.  Once the public agencies had been shared with, she went social and decided to join all kinds of clubs for gay men...no questions...you are now a member nice pic....lol, it really was that simple.   My space, face book yahoo and some I never heard of all have a new member....in one he is a child molester seeking treatment...she's crazy....another a cheating husband.....she  is inventive, another an infected Aids patient....showing her human side w/ empathy ..... and no one ever said thanx to her for all her hard work....so I will gal pal...thanx for helping to spread the cheer and I am sure that pic will be surfacing for a long....very long time to come.
  
  Her idea, great idea, in fact it was a jim-dandy of an idea.
  
  We are gal's who just enjoyed sharing.....she's working on something else now....something about trying to gather all the lil bread crumbs up he has dropped along the way under other names he has used and she is aware of...and we are making him his own web page...just for him... he is on that page as well another man seeking children and young girls/boys.... she is good and has been a friend here to me...as well, we shared a pizza last weekend....oh yea, and you thought I was here alone...sometimes a gal just needs a lil help and sometimes another gal pitches in.....  I appreciate her help...smart gal and lotza fun here as well... ; )
  
  WE have decided tonight to get together and make all the sites we made with him a bigger part by announcing invites to come to here as well.....the weekend will probably be a blow out.  I know he has been shared with every tip line as abusive to females and possibly a real danger to children as well... we are hoping for a large gathering and need pop, chips and some dip....always ore work to be done.
  
  Now he may or may not like what we've done for him....but we are having an absolute fucking blast....hehe.... and we need not his approval or appreciation...we are just sharing and sharing....like he shared with us, ya know...hehe

  That's her game. She claims she's going to do something and then later pulls the post. Personally, I think you're better off just ignoring what she says - it stops being fun for her and she'll go looking for someone else to mess with. But SoulCast Help's always there.

  Shortly afterwards you and carefully both existed to opposite sides of town without access to computers except at crybabies place once a week and you haven't be going to group at crybabies any more...bla bla...and careful kinda faded...
  
  I was e-mailed your pic with your named embedded in it.  Didn't know it myself until you were going ape bandannas and acting all weird like....I had posted it back to ya in jest and you went ape shit ballistics !!!
  
  However,....it had been e-mailed to me while I was camping by my gal pal here...she had gotten it sent to her from someone else here...it had been posted for hours dude.  It was on my space, yahoo...and now you posted it here and it may or may not even be you....this could be all bullshit and a big laugh to you, but I do not appreciate you lying on me....I have always said whatever it was I had to say.... straight up.
  
  What your saying is the pic doesn't belong to the one who originally posted it "without permission" of the owner here in soulcast, by a multi-tiered multistep procedure combination of your own files, flickr's, sc's and html's and edit...edit edit.. it was an accident.
  
  Cool...an accident that wasn't discovered for hours after you had posted it, and it wasn't yours now.
  
  At the time it was.
  
  Then it wasn't again when you left.
  
  Now you come back...and its yours, but crybaby is complaining about it, but its not hers, papa is complaining..but its not his....your complaining but itz not urs...and the alleged owner....hasn't complained...and why ?  Who knows...but I am sure this family can find a cousin that overheard another relative's 3rd cousin say they can prove it for ya and if not the gal that sent it to me because you posted it here might hate your family or is a part of the gang too ?
  
  Bottom line...I sent the picture to law enforcement when that individual threatened my life here and the lives of my family...when he stalked me not so unlike now over this pic....and if you want your pic....
  
  Contact the New York State Police BCI.  That's who I sent it too, along with the name.  You acted too up set over next to nothing, then you threatened our lives....I reported you to the state police and several other law enforcement agencies.
  
  You act like a felon on the run for crying out loud....you threaten me, tell outright lies and now wait almost two days to address a post long dead and not a comment on it ?
  
  Ever wonder why I turned this into the law ?  Seriously...any questions ?
  
  Ask them for the answers...and your picture back.

  On the day that hottips4U posted the picture and full name also, and wouldn't delete it.....

  I compozed several posts afterwards alerting SC help, but it wasn't on the form we are supposed to use,  so, then I felt the whole matter was futile, and decided if there were people here so "mean" that they would do something like that, then I didn't want to blog here.
   
  When my brother and sister in law came home, we all discussed leaving here for various reasons, but hottips4U was my reason.
   
  After we all left, we thought the matter would drop, but then she kept posting things about all of us like she now had "free reign" to say everything and anything she wanted about all of us.
   
  So, we thought, if she is going to continue to talk about us even after we left, then we might has well come back and address it if we needed to.  We thought at least we could defend ourselves, after all everyone had our last name now because she had posted it.  It isn't like she was trashing and degrading our usernames, she had our "real" family name out there.
   
   
  We trust you, Soul Cast help, however you decide to deal with the matter, we trust your judgement and thank you for giving it your attention.

  Don't let this get to you Rusty.  Hottips can't understand why people bitch at her but not others.  I don't think she will ever understand that it's not WHAT you say or write it's the WAY you say or write it.  If I see a conflict of information first thing I think is hmmm - that doesn;t quite add up, I think I'll go ask them to explain and elaborate.  Hottips just goes right on in there - size 10s kicking up dust as usual.
   
  I read the info papajack wrote here as I believe many others did and it all made perfect sense.  Hottips should be very grateful that she is not almost blind as you are my friend.  You couldn't see the photo properly nevermind what name was on it :-)  And I know you are in your 60s not 50s, again another typo - oh - let's go and hang, draw and quarter the guy!!  The fact that an almost blind person does not own their own computer is beyond her.  I am 41 years old and a PA who uses a PC for 80% of her job and yet - do you know what?  I only got my own laptop in January of this year ha ha!!  Always had to use the one at work in my lunch break :-)
   
  If Hottips were more kind in her judgements, she'd probably be surprised how many more people would comment on her own posts.  I have read many of her posts and find myself agreeing with a lot but, I won't comment purely because of her vehement, bitchy attitude towards others here.  It's all so unnecessary isn't it?
   
  Don't lose any sleep over it Rusty - you are a dear, honest man that anyone worth their salt here can tell.
