  Being able to forgive is definitely a sign of strength and courage.  In my own life, I have found it incredibly liberating.  Also, it frees us from hypocrisy and judgment by not holding other people accountable for perfection when it is not something we ourselves can achieve.

  Wish----In the Bible, it says if you don't forgive others, you won't be forgiven either. But mainly I keep a forgiving attitude, because I don't like the way unforgiving someone makes me feel. Thank you for your comment.

  lioness---Not forgiving someone actually is a weight holding us down.  Forgiving, lifts that weight, I think.  Thank you.
