Yup... my mynah bird finally mimics!
For almost two weeks now since she arrived I always say HELLO. Feeding her, cleaning the cage, playing with her I always... always say HELLO.
First it sounded like gurgling sounds.
Then the pitch in her screech has changed into "er-oh"
Then finally... she made a clear sound...
She finally mimicked something....
You know what her first mimic is...

The sound or our neighbors yelping puppies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah... you read it right... she imitates the sound of the crying puppies from the other house clearly.
You know the puppy cry that they make when they are looking for mom, the annoying yelping that can irritate you with its high yelping repitive cries!!!
My mom said.. WHAT HAPPENED.. WHERE DID THE CONSTANT HELLO WENT?!
We couldnt stop laughing... but then we also realized ebony mimicked something that can be cute at first but annoying when done too much!
I guess I need to say HELLO more!!!!
