Hello, my friends!
It's been exactly one month since I have been here - true to my word, I have not been lurking around reading other blogs, or seeing what's been going on - in fact, while I have missed many of your blogs, and putting my own thoughts (as silly and as stupid as some of them can be) down into words - I have enjoyed the hiatus because I have not dwelled on the negative -
A few things have changed on this end - I celebrated a year long unemployment, the coming out of my depression, and the fact that currently I am working 2 part time jobs and one full time job:
The two part time jobs are a) waiting tables 3-4 nights a week, and b) working at my father's office (he too is a lawyer, but still cannot get it through his head that I will never go back to the practice of law - but since he has been so supportive of me, both financially and emotionally through the year long depression - I couldn't say no)
The full time job is looking for a new job.
While thoroughly exhausted, the three jobs are finally getting me out of my rut and more importantly, out of my house - I actually have to wake up, get showered (a novel concept when you are clinically depressed and the only thing that you want to do is brush you teeth, roll back over and get to sleep) and get out of my house.
Wow, things have changed! Gas is really expensive (LOLOLOL)! The sun is back (funny how that happens when you open the blinds - Literally, figuratively and metaphorically).
I have missed you all - soooooooo.... what's the mood like in here? how's the air?
