  That does seem odd.  It seems that something has run amuck.  I've never really gone back to see what my old posts are doing unless I see that I've gotten a new comment.  I sort of just cast them to the wind to do what they will.

  Confuzzled again....but I didn't see any comments, and there had to be many, so I guess they got deleted--too many to be kept around?  The computer had a brain fart maybe?
   
  I still get my editing mode counting backwards when I take too much time--matter of fact it just happened a bit ago.  I wonder how far it would count if I left it alone?

  heh...back before i blocked anonymous, there were some users who were having a conversation anonymously there. i never particularly minded that they were doing so but after i blocked anonymous, it kinda killed the conversation. one suggested nuking the comments in it.
  
  as you might've guessed from the number of views on that blog entry, there was quite the conversation going, but i did wind up deleting all the comments--it was a completely off-topic conversation. :>
  
  apparently, there's a bug in the SC software that if you delete a lot of comments quickly, it doesn't keep count properly. it comes up so infrequently i never thought to post it to soulcast_help. :>

  it's nothing i'd bother with ed. it might take so long to find and fix the bug, and the fix might cause a break somewhere else. the cure worse than the desease, as it were.
