Hi soulcast!!!
Hows is everyone? I know its been awhile. Longer than I was expecting. So whats new with all of you?
I have been bad, I know I should have dropped by earlier... but i was hesitatant. I havent surf soulcast and I have no idea whats happening to all of you here. Anyway a few days ago queen caught me online and we chatted for awhile and she insisted that I visit soulcast or come back for good. And so here I am, I missed you all and I knew somehow I will be back here blogging sooner or later.
Let me update you first on what has happened to me lately.
1. Healthwise...so far things are okay. No major attacks lately, just some minor controllable pains here and there but all in all I can say I am okay.
2. Financial wise... hmmm... lets just say we are able to pay them one by one monthly. One debt will be fully paid next month then hopefully by june all debts are paid. Just in time for the start of enrollment of my daughter, who will be in grade 6 this coming june. I learned not to be too much stressed out financially, its hard but I dont want to live each day worrying about tomorrow. I end up losing the present and not enjoying what i could infront of me.
3. My daughter. She is just a few inches near my height, I can see she will be taller than me. She's only turning 12 yet we are already sharing some of my shoes! She spent a few weeks with her dad. She will be going back with her dad for another few weeks before classes starts. I insisted that she asks her dad to help me with the coming school year and pay for the books. She said its really a must that her dad helps me with her education... i just hope her dad will be responsible enough to help.
4. I have new pets! 2 pairs of dwarf hamsters and a mynah bird. First the hamsters. I have two pairs, the first pair is of breeding age and the second pair are still young. I got the first pair first. I got them when they were still young and a month later I got the 2nd pair. I was hoping for them to breed since I know alot of people who wants to buy hamsters here in our province. Sadly my breeding pair hasnt produced any puppies yet!....LOL...
Now the mynah. I got the mynah bird last wednesday. I saw her last monday when we were buying hamster food. She was still handfed. I fell inlove with her and so last wednesday I got her in the petshop. Luckily the petshop owner is a long time family friend. He agreed to give me the mynah bird on credit ha ha ha. 30 days to pay and the payment is manageable. I named her Ebony... why ebony... first her color is black and second bird in tagalog is IBON we changed the I to E so we got the name Ebony.
It was hard handfeeding a young bird, but since I have so much time in my hands I could handle it. I am happy to share that Ebony is now eating on her own and has started trying to mimick my voice. It isnt clear yet but you can hear her that she is trying.
5. My photoshoppping projects have been kinda fruitful. I already had two projects done. One was a header/banner on a online newspaper and the other was printed on a tarpauline. It was so amazing to see my work up high on a wall. I couldnt stop grinning and feeling proud that it was me who designed it.
I will be posting pictures soon and will be sharing more.... got my laptop back so will be dropping by more often.
