I just came back from the gym. I like to train with some rather heavy weights, and my sole purpose is to become a bit stronger. I like being strong. There are several reasons for this, some are the fact that life in general becomes easier. But there is alot more to it. E.g. knowing your abilities alot better, getting aggression out, gaining mass, building routines and very importantly, knowing techniques for lifting stuff elsewhere in life.

I was thinking about the reason for people working out, and i was wondering if anybody would like to share their reasons with me. I might also add that i know quite alot about training, so if you are to have any questions, feel free to ask me.
