Just wanted to blog on my day...it was a bit random...the weather was really nice in my city today..so nice i didn't have to wear a sweater :) ..Today is my bestfriends birthday..although we agreed to celebrate it on the weekend so we can go party ;) ..me and my other bestfriend had to atleast give her a suprise dinner with our close friends..we already planned this..and we know she gets off work around 7pm so its perfect..bought her a special cake!..her favourite colour is yellow..so lol her cake was yellow as well ;) but we had no idea she wore yellow today aswell that is a total concidence!..anyways back to my job hunt...I went to some agencies to help me get a job!! im honestly finding it hard looking on my own..anyways they told me about a job fair that was happening already..so i took the directions down and decided to check out this job fair...its for a new restaurant opening ..its called Jack Astors..anyways their hiring for everything..bussers,front counter,hostess,line cooks...so i applied for a hostess..they told me to fill out my info and wait...then this young guy came in and said he will be interviewing me..i acted all chirpy (i really need this job) he asked me a few questions ..but what was weird was it had nothing to do with the job..i mean i have been to a share of interviews..and i know in this feild they ask specific questions..anyways hes questions were "Oh so how old are you?...uh i see..What do you do for fun?..Hmm me too yes yes..Did you see the movie last weekend with jackie chan?..No? well you should!" OK...does anyone else find these questions a bit weird????????????????? ...And when i gusse he ran out of questions he said "they will look at your resume and contact you within a week"...So i say thankyou..and then he stops me before i get on the escalator..and asks me if he could have my cellphone number. Im a bit confused so i asked him why he needs it..and he answered "You know just in case you get hired earlier i can contact you with the good news." All right now i was annoyed..so i told him no..i don't have one..and left in a hurry before he could stop me again. Opps i kinna forget he had my resume which has my cellphone number..i hope he doesnt call me though ..sort of creepy to be honest. Then on my way to meet a friend..i thought why not be nice and offer my lunch to a homeless guy..and you know what he said!!!!!!! "No thanks..im not into fast food"..LOL how random is that?....So after i met up with my friend we did some last min shoppin for the dinner...called up my bestfriend told her to meet us by the subway ..and we blind floded her ..it was a 5 min walk to the restaurant and then suprised her ...she HAD no idea..because we all told her how tied up this week were...so she was veeeeeeery happy with her yellow cake :) Aww my princess bestfriend turns 20 <3..Anyways that is all :)
