  Wait is this a question for ..those who think back?..Nevertheless..

  Im 26..and i feel like im 40.  I hate my job...Im single..I live in a flat thats too small for anything..my neighbours are newlyweds..who have a very active sex life..and lets say my walls are very thin so i hear everything. Im slowly forgeting what its like to "live" life. Im having a mid-life crisis at this age..Does that make sense?

  though i dont have newlyweds neighbours, i've got 6 flatmates in one small room.
  my life rounds to my work and work and work. no time for recreation, meaning i dont have life.I am even thinking what the heck i am doing in this planet earth?

  When i was 26 i "thought" i had life by it's tail.  Well i was wrong. I'm alot older now, and i'm just trying to find the tail again?!
   
  All i do is work, work too. Oh, and can't leave out fighting with the man of the house. It's a never ending battle.

  It wasn't that long ago when I was 26 (I'm 28 now) but I don't think I felt any different back then. In fact, for me, 26 didn't feel a whole lot different than 16. I think I'm perpetually a teenager inside. I sometimes wonder if I'll ever feel grown up....

  you only dipped your toe in the lake ,so enjoy, take care and dont get caught doing things you shuld'nt and if you do ,,,,, try ..i'm only 26 only a baby,,,,i'm over worked i forgot for middle of the field,,,,,,,and for me if you are a shelia i'll eye you up and down and  say hello and smile,,,,,if you are a fella it depends what comes out of your mouth.

  The only thing I miss about being 26 was an inner sense that there was still plenty of time to do things, accomplish stuff, live life.  Some years ago that feeling evaporated and that has been the toughest thing to come to grips with.  I'm still very active, in good shape and embarking on a new career, but that nearly indescribable inner sense of being "full" of time is gone.
  
  
  I'd say it lasts all the way through your 30s so enjoy it while you can!

  quietone~ i think aging is a process, not literally but emotionally. you get to understand yourself and the situation itself.
   
  bluegum~sometimes, i wonder if being 26 is a responsilbility. people are expecting to much on you, and afraid to disappoint them.
                    you can definitely say hello and smile ;-)
   
  secretlife~ really scared to dream big, can't move out from my comfort 
                     zone and yet i find life exciting.
