Would you rather run 75 miles or have sex three times per week for a year? Research shows that both activities burn the same number of calories. (7,500, to be exact).
Running is bad for the knees and sometimes health doesn't permit it. Weight can play a factor but most people can participate in sexual activity.
So, your taking your vitamins, do your regular exams, trying the new diet, or starting up a new exercise plan but, have you included sex as part of that regimen?
I know there is reasons in which its not possible...not in a relationship or simply disgusted by your partner right now. However, if you are sitting on your sofa wondering how you are going to shed those last 10 pounds and your spouse is flipping the damn channels again, then seize the moment and start improving you health!
