My dorm mate's parents were visiting today so all of us had to be at our best, well sort of. They were very white collar and conservative, not surprising since the dorm mate is like that as well. We all hate her basically, because she's so uptight. She's never brought a guy back to the dorm ever.Anyway, her parents asked each of us what we were studying, as if most of us would know and as if our majors would even be the same by the time we left this shithole. I came in as an English major, thinking I'd do law, then it got so dull that I changed my major to Psychology, thinking I'd still be able to do law. But the truth is, the subject bores me. When I think about everyone toiling for mediocrity, paying exorbitant school fees only to be struck with post-school debt, it makes me sad. It's not that I don't believe in working, it's just that there are easier ways to make money. Some people have rich boyfriends, and well, I guess I do too. I have my last date with R tonight. I figured he's the least lucrative prospect and he's bad in bed, so he's out. He doesn't know, but after sex, I'm planning on dumping him.
