Expendable's tags:
Something I found out is that one or two of our fellow SoulCasters have MS. Something really important for them is to keep cool - heat is really bad. Spring is a great time to get ready for this.

When you're out and about, there's a couple of simple sewing projects you can do to beat the heat.

Cool Ties - a tie-on neck band filled with polymer beads that you soak in cold water, really helps to keep you cool - if  you don't mind the cold trickle down your back.

Cooling vest - same idea as the cool ties only as a vest. Or use the vest pattern and sew on large pockets for ice packs. To make your own reusable gel ice packs, go here.

There are some good ideas here Ex. ;-)

I have a hat with a cool band sewn in it which is great when it's hot.

I know some who don't think so. Thanks for replying - you didn't have to, I know how busy you've been.
