  I have a fun day ahead of me. Dentist appointment at noon. I get to sit still and feel a constant urge to swallow, while the dentist pokes around and annoys me. But when that's over I feel happy to be rid of it, and go out to eat or something. Where should I go? I'm terrible at decisions. My wife will think of something.
