I walk around in misery
afraid to look in others eyes
I walk around in mystery
a gaze too long too strong brings cries
It does not seem to matter who
I turn away to shield your view
Into my soul and there you'll see
the darken pool that's become of me
no strenghth, no structure, no foundation
a wild place of waves and storms
there is no place for contemplation
the chaos of dark becomes the norm
I wish you would return to me
the piece of heaven I've found
I touch your skin and then you'll see
into my soul the solid ground
I feel at home with smaller arms in mine
to hold you round becomes divine
a peace and sanctity reaches my mind
I come back to the world of people round
and when I look I find I'm fine.
