First some opinoins on at the 2005-2006 season:

I consider that Kobe shoud have been the MVP, he was the league lead scorer, he had an 81-points-game, he also got the Lakers in the Playoffs. Nash was the league leader at assist but let's be onest, any top guard can become the assists leader on a team like the Suns.

Chris Paul deserved the Rookie of the Year award, he had a very good season. He was exactly what the Hornets needed.

I thought that the Dallas Mavericks will win the Championship but it seems that Miami Heat won it. Wade's hard work got Miami this title, i don't think that the Heat could have won it without him.

Ben Wallace got another Defensive Man of the Year title, they don't call him Big Ben for nothing.

As for this summer transactions i would like to say that:

The Hornets are building up a new team, they drafted Chris Paul last year, now they have trade P.J. Brown and J.R. Smith for Tyson Chandler and also got Peja Stojakovic from Indiana.

Charlotte's first round pick Adam Morrison will become the next Rookie of the Year. I think that he will get more playing time the any other rookie so he just needs to play he's game.

The Cavaliers, Nuggets and Celtics sign their star players, LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony and Paul Pierce.

Ben Wallace signs with the Bulls. Not so unexpected.

L.A. Lakers signs Vladimir Radmanovic and I hope this will improve the Lakers's 3 point shooting.

Toronto traded Charlie Villanueva for T.J Ford. Villanueva had a good rookie season, T.J Ford had a nice comeback after the back injurie that he sufferd and played his point guard possition very good.

"Nash was the league leader at assist but let's be onest, any top guard can become the assists leader on a team like the Suns." How well were the suns doing before nash go there? I think that rebukes your point. I'm really excited to watch the bulls this year.

I can't wait for this season. I'm a huge Laker fan since 91, but I enjoy other teams as well, like the Suns and Bulls. I can't wait to see what exciting things this season has to offer. Andrew Bynum, sky hook! it's good! : )

All i know is that the Knicks are gonna suck again this year, they fire Larry Brown, hire Isiah(we dont know what kind of coach he's gonna be), and make some awkward summer transactions that will not necessarily benefit the team...well at least New Yorkers still have the Yankees!!!

I admit I was exaggerating on Nash and the assists issue but I don't think he deserved the MVP title this year. I'm a fan of the Lakers and is good to hear that there are other SoulCasters who like the Lakers as well. I'm excited to watch the Bulls this year too and i also want to see the Hornets in action. The Knicks hit rock bottom in the Eastern Conf. this season. Isiah Thomas will have to make sure that won't happen next season.
