Anyone sorry that Joe Lieberman lost in the Connecticut primary? I'm not. And what is this about him running as an independent? Sounds crazy to me. It was somewhat of a close race though.
How about the closing of the Alaska pipeline? Convenient closing time and apparently it will hit California the hardest. Lucky us. I think Greg Palast has analyzed this situation pretty well. You can read about it in the link below.
