If anyone can think of anything else...please feel free to add. ;)

Yeah I got two more for you 1. Make the tittle interesting, or no one is even going to look at the description. 2. The description should tell, and not tell at the same time. Even if you leave a "a" as a description, if the tittle is interesting enough, it might be read. I think you should add these. Adious S

Very good point WW. I like to try and construct my descriptions as teasers if possible, trying to give the reader a taste, but not too much. Enough to get them interested in reading the rest of the story. Try and create a small spark of intrigue.

Here are a few: 1. Be friendly with your title and description, these are blogs where people like yourself come to mingle. 2. At the same time, be conscious of spelling and grammar, no one like's reading something filled with abbreviations and so on. It keeps your posts enjoyable to read.

How about, being sexy with your words, I mean, using a bit of low level marketing to 'hype' up an otherwise standard topic. You need to express yourself. Let your enjoyment in the topic show through in your post. If you can't get excited over your post, then who will?

Where are the ads to click? I have been reading around a little but don't see any ads to click though there are some people that I see I would like to support.

A good way to get comments is to engage the reader. Pose a question. Don't want to debate? So don't. If you just want to shout out to the world your wild ravings or blissful thoughts, fine. But tell us why! Let us feel like you do--at least for an instant.

For my money, keep your posts short and sweet. Anything over a couple of paragraphs is like a U turn sign to me. I am in, I see pages of post, I am out again. I know not every post can be that short, but if it is not, it had better be darn interesting. Write on mrhowto. For the most part, you are doing it all right. That is, you are trying to impart some information.

I think you left the bold end tag off your description area. Everything is bold after your description statement. Format Police (feel free to delete this comment)
