Plastic surgery is just so common nowadays that its no longer surprising knowing at least a friend, acquaintance or family member having undergone one.. Breast augmentations or boob job are one of the  more popular ones ..
 
well would you really consider plastic surgery just to improve that flat chest of yours?

    Big boobs are overrated, especially when you have to haul them around all the time ... I'd consider plastic surgery, but only to make them smaller.  You know what they say ... grass is always greener ...
