It feels like I'm being punished for something. I have some weird skin disease, there is no other explanation. All red on the back and side of my neck, face all blotchy, and it is burning. I'm running a fever, sneezing, coughing, lots of nose blowing. I feel run down and exhausted. Benefits don't go through til the 1st and I'm trying to wait to see a dr., but I think I'm dying.
On top of that, getting a bad vibe at work again. Feeling talked about. I don't know what I do to inspire such hatred in people. I try really hard to be kind and helpful to everyone. I badly want to go back to part-time. And I can't. I'm in hell, please help.

when ever I have health problems I alkalize it...since stress creates a hormone that causes acid (Cortisol), I understand how important it is for me to eat alkaline foods and drinks. Read "Sick and Tired" by Dr. Peter Young. He has nailed the reasons for our diseased state as a Country and Species.
Usually I am very helpful, but I am occasionally heartless, I try to remind others and myself that I am an evolving perfection, class act in motion...thanks for being honest and tolerant of my beligerant mood that day.

Hey Andora, your comment made me laugh. No worries. I'm gonna check out that book. I think I've figured out that the skin problem was coming from hair mousse. That or the mousse just made it ten times worse. Hope you have a great Friday. -

Apparently it was an allergic reaction to my hair mousse, which I have been using for years w/no problem. Stopped w/the mousse, it clears up.
