1. The three most popular recreational drugs used by Americans are alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana. Setting aside for the moment the different legal status of these drugs, please tell me which of these three you believe is the most dangerous?

    Alcohol is the worst drug without a doubt, then prescription pills... then speed/meth/coke/the rest then tobacco then pot......

    Alcahol ruins more lives around the world than any other drug available.

    Of these, alcohol. I've heard several times the most dangerous of all is meth.

    Tobacco is probably the biggest killer of the three. Then alcohol.

    I don't think it's even close. Tobacco is so heavily and widely used that it manages to chalk up millions of victims. It didn't do Margaret any good.

    Hi, while tobacco may kill more, it takes longer (it pretty much killed my own father who smoked 4 backs a day from the time he left the army). But alcohol, when abused makes people crazy. Alchololism was one of the 'sins' of the Ten Tribes or the Exiles of Shomron by the way.

    They all three are bad. I guess if you think about the limitations that consuming alcohol can cause, it definitely can takes lives.
