These supplements have a lot of minerals that help to make your body more alkaline. It seems pretty harmless and useful. Raisins are also good. There are a lot of fruits and veggies that make your body more alkaline. I agree that it is important to get your body less acidic. In general, a diet rich in veggies, and easy on the meats, will improve your acid-alkali balance. These pills are probably helpful. Improved diet, eating all the right foods and going easy on the wrong ones, would probably be a lot more helpful. You already know what they are. But it is easier to take a pill than to deprive yourself of all the crap you love to eat.
