It's Spring and time for growing....but I have to tell you, I am a little tired!
All of this growing and learning and sharing has left me a tiny bit speechless...and cranky, but just a little bit! I hope you have some relaxing and fun plans for this weekend and that you are able to fill your time with family and friends....OR snuggle in all by yourself, whatever suits you!
As for me and my life right now, it is sort of like an Easter Egg hunt. I am roaming around...the great big front lawn...there are secrets and treasures that I find and delight in. I feel the excitement of springtime and I enjoy the daffodils and lillies poking through the mulch, letting me know that beauty is coming. My birdies have made it back from wherever they go in the winter and thier chirping wakes me up early these days! The robins are all yakking about the nests they are building and yes, they are bitching that I moved the bird bath alittle further from the tree...the bluejays are interrupting everyone's chirping as if it is an urgent thing that they have arrived. They have a piercing tone and I call back to them "fine!"...they have their own houses along my fence line, as you may know, they are not too hospitable.
I feel like finding a new Easter dress and re-enacting my little girl days, where my mom found me a pretty pastel dress with a little matching coat and shiny new shoes...it's okay that we will shop the sales only today...since senior prom, senior beach week, graduation and 18th birthday parties will be draining the bank of mamie in the next few weeks. I never knew we were poor when I was little so I surely don't care about that by now! :)) Oh, and a bonnet, does anyone wear an Easter bonnet anymore? If I can find one, I will have it!
*Satisfied sigh....have a great day, my friends...and a blessed Easter if you celebrate...and a wonderful weekend ahead...my soulcast series will return as the processing continues. I have finished reading Tolle's book and have moved on to "The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent" by Abraham-Hicks. I invite you to join me in reading this if it seems interesting to you.
As always, I will share some thoughts on it when I return...from my Easter Egg Hunt! Hey Quiet: I found a pink one!! xoxoxox
