My class loves Janet Jackson, Elvis, The Beatles, and Destiny's Child.
Every once in a while I can sneak something else in,
but today, Janet will do.
Maria will talk, if she's excited
and usually she talks about Marc
She has a huge crush on him
"Where is Marc?"
"Who, that yo-yo? Oh spit!"
She always laughs when I say, "Oh spit"
So I try to fit it in whenever I can
"Maria, if I hear one more word about Marc, I'll scream!"
We whirl around the gym floor
and she grabs my head, she's very strong when she wants to be
and she's laughing
as I say
"He looks exactly like my garbage man! I wish he'd take a giant leap right into the dumpster out back! I'm working hard here! Ow, I can't breath!"
She's holding my head tighter and it's difficult to move her chair now
I begin to sing, "Nobody loves me, everybody hates me, guess I'll go eat worms!"
Then I drop to the floor faking my exhaustion.
She breaks into gales of laughter.
They pay me too much for this job!
