I really don't! You try to live your life in such a way that is going to make you successful in all areas of your life, and there are obstacles and snags everywhere along the way. Can't one day, just even one day, go without a hitch? I have been so busy in my shop, with lots of business, that isn't my complaint, but trying to get insurance companies to cough up the money takes mountains of paperwork and refiling and it is bullshit! Truly, Bullshit! It is almost like they think you will get tired of filling out the paperwork and give up. I have often thought of asking my customers for the cash, and let them file their own paperwork, but insurance companies don't operate that way. I have to be the one who does it, and it sucks big time!

thanks destinydiva, but it has been more like a bad month. you know with all the bad weather, my shop has been very busy, and I am getting bogged down with all this paperwork. -
