Daren Kufere and his defender(s) [sic] claim; I hate Daren Kufere. It's not hate; it's defending my rights as a victim of a criminal act - embezzling money and stealing computer equipment. I have the right to accuse my perpetrator. I have a right to share my story with others. I am simply a victim of embezzlement, theft, and fraud who is looking for others with similar experiences. At 42, I'm sure this is not a first for him.

I actually have empathy in my heart for Daren Kufere and people like him. Lying, stealing, cheating, or abusing another human being - for whatever reason - is simply wrong. Given the irrefutable evidence of his embezzlement and theft, Daren Kufere has refused to show up in court to defend himself against my allegations.

I've told Daren Kufere that I didn't hate him and I forgave him for any trespasses. I've also told Daren Kufere many times that I wish him no harm. I am not concerned about his motivation for embezzling money and stealing computer equipment. I have no desire at all to see him punished or suffering. I am not holding a grudge but I wasn't going to allow him to victimize me - steal more from me - further.

I told Daren Kufere that it was not necessary for him to admit his actions. But he wants me to say he didn't lie to me and others for personal profit or embezzle my money and steal my computer equipment - while not repaying what he embezzled and stole. I told him that I wasn't going to say the sky is green when it obviously is blue. All I wanted was to be repaid the money he misappropriated and either be compensated for my computer equipment or the equipment be returned.
Very simple.

I told him I was sorry he couldn't face up to what he did; but he did what he did. As he said to me "he made his choice".
