Charms can be made up with whatever ingredients you want. According to the purpose of your intent. Putting things together associated with your desire.
There are good luck charms, ones that repel negativity, brings prosperity, even a love charm. *smile*
All you have to do is to correspond the day, color, gem, herbs.... like if you wish to make a charm that helps you heal emotional pains. Monday is the day you create it. There's different colors on this charm that you use according to the moon. You use a clear quartz, some sandlewood with a touch of Jasmine. There are sigils (symbols) but there is no way to show you. :~(
A good luck charm has nutmeg, cloves, an amethyst, honeysuckle weaved together with purple thread. Or put into a purple sachet. Then make up a nice poem/song to say as you put the final touch on the charm.
There's no certain way to create your magical charms. If you have the ingredients all you need is to weave them together and repeat a song.
My Charm i have above my bed is made out of a willow limb with basil, roses, heart shapes, ivy, cresent moons and dove feathers. Weaved together with green and pink ribbon. Every night beneath my breathe i sing my song.
Well, today is St. Patrick's Day and i think of luck and love on this day. So, why not offer a bit on a lucky Charm.
Yes, i do have the luck of a Irish woman. *smile* My mother's father was a pure Irish man. I'm dressed very greenly today.
