Today, I have come to the realization that most Americans are obsessed with the lives of people that are famous. They do this vicariously because no one wants to face reality or the responsibility of their own lives.  A believe the Writers for, "Real Time with Bill Maher".  Should include this New Rule, "New Rule the president Must have a psychology degree". If you think about it this is a very true statement most Americans live in a sheltered bubble. I am half tempted to grab on of these people and say, "they don't care about you"! They have way too much money as it is. No wonder so many people are getting into the Frankfurt school of Culture Industry. Celebs are Human Beings not gods, those who treat them as such are foolish in many forms. If they truly wanted to walk among them they should and must take responsibility for their actions. This, can be done by not blaming other people for your difficulties. I think the Peter Finch Character of Howard Beale put it best in the speech he gave toward the end of the movie, "Network".

He was talking about all the news broadcasting agencies not just Fox news. I personally want to talk about something that matters when I talk to people. I just can't stand the stupid, "Britney showed her panties again"! Instead of focusing on other peoples lives ordinary citizens should really be focused on their own.

Here is the reality of the demographic of these Americans they live on Medicaid. Some of the people on Medicaid who need to be on it  look really bad when those who just  want to be fed strain the welfare system want to sit around and watch TV obsessing over people they will most likely never reach in their life time. I am not calling these people stupid I believe that they are throughly misguided in every facet of life thinking that what's on TV matters more then say. How are we going to make the next car payment, their child's school grades. the conditions of their homes etc. There are, so many more important things at hand then then the Soft Core Porn on Fox News or seeing a torturer hero on the same TV screen. If we are to fully recover Mental Health Wise then what we need to do is understand that in order for us to fully grow up we need to get rid of our escape mechanisms.
