Now i know that i am just in denial, i always considered myself chubby and healthy.But even though i am telling to myself i am chubby i did not care to take a diet or even watch the amount of food i eat. Until I used a BMI Calculator and gives me the 28.2 value that means i am under the category of Overweight. It's hard to admit that i am overweight but it is the reality the problem is i know that i will be in a serious health problem if i did not meet the ideal weight but how? Chocolates,fried chickens pasta are so delicious. How will i start?
