I have read a blog "I am Overweight" and got confused so i try compute my BMI using BMI Calculator says that my BMI is 28.2 and i fall between 25 to 30 BMI, so i am considered “Overweight” and should finds ways to lower my weight, through diet and exercise. I am at increased risk for variety of illnesses at my present weight.That's why i should lose weight by changing my diet and exercising more." But we all know that it is to gain weight than losing some. How would you help me?
