I truly do!  Never have liked it! Now once I have done it and I see how nice everything looks, it does give me a certain satisfaction, and I will stand back and admire my accomplishment, but I sure hate the process!

We have been busy moving things around to make room for PJ's chair.  It has been a humongous job!  Taking books out of the bookcase, stacking them on the floor, then moving the bookcase and restacking the books back into it.  Cleaning out drawers so that he has the one most accessible to get to in his chair.

Cleaning out closets and lowering the bar for his clothes.  Moving the microwave cabinent so he can get to it better.  Moving things around in the bathroom to make them more accessible, and making sure there is a big enough pathway for him to move around in.

All of these things are neccessary, but I am bushed!

Who of all of you, like me, HATES housework?

I hate it, too, and since I have four children, it seems like there's always toys underfoot, laundry to do, and dishes to be put in/taken out of the dishwasher.  And the clutter?  My husband and I both have a high clutter tolerance, so whoever gets annoyed fastest usually de-clutters.

Like you, I feel good when the cleaning is done, but I sure hate getting there!

Housework is an invention of the devil.  The dust bunnies are keeping the cobwebs company.

My wife hates housework. My mom hated housework. I think it's pretty common.

The thing that is so upsetting about it is, it never stops.  It is an ongoing thing!  To actually do it right, it is a continuing process.

I don't hate life.. even though sometimes I'm not thrilled with what is going on at this very moment. And to hear that from someone is probably the worst feeling. I enjoy life.. I love the fact that I'm a mom, a daughter, a friend, a sister,...
