Mr.President, yet another A! According to the studies that Dr D'Adamo have done over many years, your blood type is extremely important in laying down what we should eat. Stay tuned. The A's facts will be posted soon.
Alyss, have you ever given blood? Or had blood tests? If so your donor card will tell you what blood type you are or your Drs should have it on file. Glad to hear you are interested :-)
Pickers, I assume you mean O if you say it is the universal blood type. O blood types can donate to all the other major blood types. I am also O+ (we're blood sisters :-))
I am O. I think its an interesting concept, I am curious as to what they recommend for each blood type and why.
Hmm.. I might just have to buy the book.
Alyss, next time you go to the Drs just ask them if they have it on file, just for curiosity :-)
Vacant, I am O too. I will be covering all the blood types, but since so many A's have responded I will start there. But if you can get the book I can highly recommend it :-)
lfbno, by the sounds of it I think you are A too :-) So, are you eating right for your type or not?
Infernal, I will cover AB too. The book is very comprehensive and gives a full history of blood types and how they developed. As humans moved from hunters to settlers their immune and digestive systems changed and thus newer blood types developed. O is the oldest (the meat eaters), then came A, then B and the most recent is AB. Why not see if this book is available at your library, it really is quite interesting :-)
Lucy, aha another Orange - LOL!
Hi Trav and Pickers, you two playing games again? :-))
Twinny, I am sure you remember correctly. . .Natalie may even know, having been your nurse and all! LOL!
Dee, thanks for having a look, I hope you will find it useful. Foods to follow soon :-)
Everyone else refer to the Link above for details on Blood Type A.
