My favorite question to ask in situations such as these is: WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!?!?! The advice that's been passed down in my family for years is: "If you're goign to screw arond make sure it's with someone who has as much to lose as you do." Seems as though the governor didn't get that memo.

Oh and I sould say, I don't see him finishing his first term. Peace and Long Life

No second term? OMG If this was a Republican, he would be crucified already and be burning in effigy. And yes, it is exactly like someone spreading his feet too far apart in a men's room and humming. Exactly like that.
A reader emails with an interesting observation:
Amazing how Senator David Vitter’s name never leaked out of the Justice Department after the arrest of the D.C. Madam, but Eliot Spitzer’s name leaked out of the Justice Department within a week of the initial arrest in the Emperor V.I.P. case.
Vitter, recall, owned up to his dalliance with a prostitute after Hustler called him to ask for comment before publication. Not that employees of the George W. Bush Justice Department would ever act in a political fashion, of course. But it is curious.
