Polar sweety - that is an adorable picture of you. I love the way your eyes look and you have such a beautiful smile. What's all this about weight? ....oh who am I kidding, I'm having weight issues too! I told the nurse her scales were broken a few days ago. When she said they weren't, I threw a fit and accused her of being out to get me. ;-) I knew she didn't like me when she called my name in the waiting room. You just wait, I'm gonna wear huge chunky boots and hold my purse that weighs 10 pounds next time. At least I know I'll actually be lighter than what the scales say. I think scales all over the world are wrong and make people heavier than what they are. It is a conspiracy between the people who make exercise equipment and the makers of scales. Yeah, that's it. Its an evil plot. A plot to make us spend more money and think we are bigger than we are. They've even gotten the modeling industry in on it!
I was having a good day and now you've reminded me of how big my behind is getting. There is a pool in this neighborhood and not quite 3 months till it opens. I'm getting anxious at the thought of a bathing suit. What to do, what to do?.........I'm going to go eat a candy bar while I think about how to solve this issue of ours okay? Want me to send you one too? I have a whole bag of Snickers, a bag of Milky Ways, and a bag of Reece Cups. Honestly I do. I know what you are thinking but I didn't buy them. Honestly I didn't. I won't even try to blame it on elves. The real reason I have them in my possession is it was 'Staff Appreciation Week' at school and the kids gave them to me. How could I not eat them? The children would be crushed. It's a sacrifice but I'm willing.

Polar you are beautiful and more youthful looking than in the last picture I saw. I love the look. How much weight are you looking to lose? You look like me body wise which means that you are not overweight but like me your looking to lose a couple of Vanity pounds. I think you are perfect but if you insist go NO FURTHER than 10lbs. 15 is pushing it and might make you look like your taking something.Take a page from Dove and Love this you. We do;~) -
