The sexual abuse of children in contemporary Japanese families

Japanese society is inundated with fantasies of incest..., yet information on the sexual abuse of children in the home is scarce. "at the start of the 2000s," Japanese law "[did] not recognize incest (kinshin sokan) as a crime...unless rape or indecent assault ha[d] taken place (a difficult thing to prove) and the victim [was] prepared to press charges (which is very hard for them to do)." Thus, it would appear that "consensual" incest, ... was sanctioned by the legal system. Furthermore...Japanese law stood mute regarding sexual activity with boys.....

This was sent to me by a friend in Viet Nam. Having traveled throughout South East Asia and seen the level utter poverty in those countries this does really surprise me. After all so many women are willing to sell very young daughters or sons for sex I guess for a couple of dollars more I am sure it would not be difficult find mothers willing to perform sexually with their child before a crowd. Ask yourself just what would you do not to see your child starve?

SICK SEX CLUB RAIDED IN PHENOM PHEN

In a shocking police raid almost 100 people were arrested at Club White Pearl and charged with vrious sex offenses ranging from public lewdness and prostitution incest including the clubs owners, a Japanese Mr. Iwao Tomoi, age 52 and his Cambodian wife Darareaksmey, age 36.

According to a police spokesman customers paid a fee to enter and go into a typical bar where other women worked as prostitutes. But then the customer could pay more and enter another room with a stage and watch women having sex with young boys and even their own sons.

This club seemed to specialize in only sex between women and young boys as no young girls were seen on the premises during the raid. Police noted that was a first for a raid on a sex club in Phenom Phen.

The ending act each night was Mrs. Tomoi performing sex with her 2 sons age 12 and 14 while at the same time being watched and encouraged by the other women and boys.

There were also nights where women in the audience could have sex on stage with the boys or even bring their own child and have sex with him. It is reported that on some occasions men had brought their wives or girlfriends to the club forcing them to have sex with their own sons on the stage for the entertainment of an audience. The men had received payment of $15 for this.

Women were recruited from villages in Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand.

They were paid $5 each time they had sex with their sons on stage, $8 if the boy did not use a condom. Three of the women arrested were pregnant and they admitted that they were likely impregnated by their sons. 2 other women admitted they had delivered children fathered by their sons and had given the babies to orphanage.

Some of the women arrested admitted to having sex with their sons as many as six or eight times in one day for which they could be paid $5 each time. Sometimes the sex was on stage but also they would perform in the private booths in the club. The women were paid $20 for a visit to a hotel room with a customer.

The 23 women arrested that worked there ranged in age from 25 to 48 and the boys from age 10 to 19.

The club had been operating since 2002.

Japanese mom Living in America Accused of Having Sex with Son for Over 20 Years

A woman is accused of having sex with her son on a regular basis for at least 20 years, including acts that were witnessed and even photographed and video-taped by neighbors and other family members, authorities said.

Kaede Matsushima, who was indicted yesterday by a grand jury for sexual battery, is the mother of Tadahiro, who was indicted earlier this month on three counts of selling illegal pornography over the Internet.

Police said during their investigation into sales of pornography over the Internet involving bestiality, they found several dozen video tapes, photographs and home made DVDs of Kaede, age 52, and Tadahiro, age 34, which revealed they had been having sex since his early teens and possibly younger.

Police Sgt. Sam Harris, head of the anti-pornography unit, said police are reviewing cell phone and computer records they seized. To trace purchasers of the videos most of which featured Tadahiros' mother having sex with the two family dogs.

Police are also questioning neighbors and family to find out who had witnessed the bestial or incestuous sex acts.

From preliminary questioning Sgt Harris said that it appeared the mother and son would also travel to various locations around the city to put on live sex shows.

Most of their customers were individual men however Mrs. Matsushima has indicated that they were hired to perform acts of incest before a group of 15 men and women at a private party during the halftime break of the last Super Bowl game, they also performed incest and bestiality at a bridal shower, they had been hired by the brides' mother who paid them $1000. And a regular customer was a single mother that hired the mother and son once a month to perform sex together while she and her 3 teenage children watched.

Sergeant Harris said that Kaede told the police it was a common practice in Japan for mothers and sons to have sex together for the sexual education of the sons and also as entertainment for other family members. Kaede stated that she did not understand that it was illegal in the US for a mother and son to have sex together. They have been living in the US since 1997.
