  Nice quotes beyond.  I love the Mark Twain quote...boy that's the truth, isn't it?  The truth may get lost to men in general...in a war...I mean how it started, who started it and why...also, what was their true intent, but God knows.  That's the truth.  Otherwise, there could be nothing false.  Truth always exists.  Thanks! 

  Alien and polar:  You two gave great examples of absolute truth.  It guides my life...add secret's quote to it, that it is true, whether or not we believe it...and it makes things clear, whether we like it or not.  Hmmm.  It offers great wisdom if we will only receive it.

  Hi wombat!  Nice quote, and he is a great author.  By my definition though...if a person perverts the truth by their own intention to hurt a person with it..,.then it cannot be a "true truth". 

  I mean, then it becomes something else...perhaps opinion, sarcasm or some other word weapon.  I do not subscribe to the old "sticks and stones can break my bones but words can never hurt me".  I think words are a very dangerous thing in the hands/or mouths of a mean-spirited person. 

  I shall have to look up William Blake in my philosophy book again.  I am sure he meant it along the lines of 'the truth hurts' and we are only talking semantics here.  But this is a fine example of why I had to choose not to use the sarcastic skills I had developed in my family of origin.  I didn't want to hurt anyone anymore...I no longer needed that survival skill. 

  Sarcasm is only "funny", or real sarcasm if there is an element of 'truth' in it.  One turns that truth into something to hurt the other, or make fun of them with the new thing...sarcasm.  It is only 'truth' subverted...or perverted.

  I have some heavy physical things to get done over the next few days; and with all of the physical challenges I have had recently...I am anticipating that I shall have to be very careful and deal with aches and pains until sometime next week.  Of course, all prayers are certainly appreciated!  Perhaps for supernatural strength and stamina?  : )  I'd surely appreciate that and give God all the glory!
