Okay, so the easiest way for me to begin is to 1) introduce myself and 2) explain why I'm doing this.

For the sake of all things sane, I'm going to stick to calling myself Glitteratzi (I don't care how you shorten it, Glitz, Glitter, whatever...in most cases you'll be referring to me as a whole lot of things as this blog progresses). I happen to be a diva, yes The Divine one. A grotesque combination of all of the women you know who pray to the Blahnik gods and lives on the gossip rag, and yet somehow manages to disdain fluff. Yes, I'm a walking contradiction: hosting a social event to combat global warming and driving my hot pink hummer...(whatever, it's custom, I can't get rid of it now) but the one thing, I absolutely can't abide is the one thing I can't avoid....my suburban mother lifestyle

Wait, let me say that again. It's not mommyhood it's all of the trappings, the forced play dates, the smiling when I don't want to, other people's horrid children (no mine aren't perfect but they're mine) and so many other things (including the pagent like world of All Star Cheerleading---oh yes, it gets worse).

This blog follows my life as I see it--flaws and all. And no, I'm not perfect but hey it's my blog, if you don't like it, this is a great opportunity to begin your own.
