  WOMBIE!!!  I found a cure on line to skipping CD'S!!!
  I should add this to Bottie's household hints.
   
  You put a thin layer of mayo on the back of the CD and wipe off with a soft towel!  I know, mayo sounds gross, but it's worth a shot and you can test it out for me if you want :-)

  quietone:  Hope you got my last PM.  Anyway, I always have to type a few words, or even one, then hit edit.  (I just did it after the word "one")   Then I go ahead and think what I want to say.  I know others have tried to help me with this, but I am too slow to figure out all the HTML stuff....  I think you guys may see part of my comments while I am "In edit mode" but I don't understand that either.  It's like you are reading things that aren't there!

  My CD player skips when something inside it is dirty.  To clean it I use the vacuum to suck all it can from inside the CD player.  But I stay outside the machine and don't stick anything in.   It's always worked for me afterward.

  Ha....I don't know.....probably 50/50 as I know I never used to take care of my CD's!  Will have to try a few more old ones.
