Well...he says "imagination is my friend" and that you'll "appear in technicolor the next day" and I thought that would make you smile! The imagination might give you inspiration!

you gave up a good job that was bringing in money? To write the next great American novel?
Go get your job back. When you've got a best seller, then you can quit your job. Not everyone who gets publish rakes in the cash.
hope you like this.....
seawitch: It wasn't much of a job--and I don't want to write the great American novel. I just want to write something worthwhile. Thanks for stopping by.
quietone: I did like that. So many inspiring thoughts. I will have to watch again. I really got the one about it taking as much work to be miserable as it does to be happy.... I need to keep that one in mind all the times. Thanks, friend.
kruuyai: I mostly quit my job because of my fear of driving in bad weather. I am a transplanted southerner up here in the northeast--and this winter stuff is doing me in. I thought I would spend the time doing something worthwhile, but so far have only written a little--except for here. Do my blogs count as writing? Ha.
I don't feel so alone seeing that someone else has "work in progress," and you are right. It is never too late, I guess. Seriously, I think I am just warped. But thanks for the comments and the encouragment.
skald: Thank you. That was a nice story you shared there...I got tickled. Yes, time flies. I sometimes think of people I haven't seen in years. I "see" them in my mind as they were then, and wonder how they look now.
destinydiva: Oh, thank you....I appreciate the compliment so much! But like I said--just stuff from a warped mind....ha....
