Duality I consider the apparent binary nature of reality. Almost all perceivable manifestations of physicality and mentality seem governed by this duality of logic and reason.

Some consider duality as an illusion brought around by our ignorance and slavery to the five physical senses of our existence as life forms in this universe.

What I believe worth considering is that each opposing factor of understanding (from what ever perspective) represents only a part of a greater truth or idea. Seeking to identify this greater truth or idea is important as through its understanding can be developed relationships between other truths and ideas giving this new understanding the capability to shift someone's perspective into a greater more abstract overview of these understandings - their overview.

This big picture can only be realized when considering the relevance of both sides of this duality.
