Anyone needing a hot Milk bath? Or how about a magically relaxing soak in bath Salts. I'd like to share a couple of concoctions i make up for myself. Don't tell me you don't have the time for alittle Me time!

Just 30 minutes of your time can wash away all the days worries.  Such a simple pleasure of life. To re-energize your body, soul and mind.

When i take a bath all 3 of my cats join me in the bathroom these days. It feels of Milk and Honey, because that's my favorite bath concoction i use. The winter dries me at so, i need all the help i can get.

Milk baths have this wonderful softening affect on the skin. Milk helps exfoliate the skin, it contains lactic acids. You may feel even alittle oily, but as soft as a baby's bottom.

Cleopatra made milk baths legendary!

So, when i need to treat myself like a queen, here is what i use....

3 cups of whole milk
1 cup of cornstarch
2 tbsp. of honey
mix and serve....*smile* Swirl the water around and in you go!

You can add the oatmeal, about a cup to the mix. Just put it in a blender and pour into your tub.
Or you can make up a batch before hand using powder milk, then blended and store in a
mason jar. (follow the instructions on the powder milk's box)

For the tired and weary, the one who is aching from head to toe. I have something that will remove those woes.
Now you can use sea salt, Kosher salt but my preference is Epsom salt. It has magnesium in it and i can't tell you how important it is for your body. The skin absorbs magnesium easily.
Soooo, here is my second concoction that i have used after a long hard day.

2 cups of Epsom salt
1 cup of baking soda
and 5-6 drops of a favorite essential oil i have. Now i have aroma therapy going on. ahhhhhh!

Rub-a-dub-in-a-tub! Have a good one. ~see ya ....oh, don't forget your rubber ducky too!
