  i find it hard to believe that someone would stop looking for a job because a website says they can make money from blogging. Let's be real, Soulcast isn't promising $10k/month like those stupid signs I see when coming off the freeway ("earn $10k/month working from home"). they aren't promising a living wage in any way.

  Perhaps your right.  I don't really know what the objectives are (beyond being profitable) of soulcast , other than people coming together to blog chat.  This may appear as a message board, but functions well as a blog/chat site for regulars. 
  
  Interesting, I have gotten a lot out of this site, and I do not blog for pay so thats not part of it for me.  I think I rather enjoy the liberal attitudes of many first, and the chances to change ones path are always present to choose, secondly.  Intellect is above average even if behavior takes a back seat now and again.  Its a good place to interact, learn and grow, if one is of the mindset to do so, its provided.

  Point to make: If any here are trying to make any cash from blogging you might start by being real. Fake ideologues are a bore. I believe people may be interested in a persons writings if they don't play the reader for a fool. That seems to be a common disease around here.
  
  The "I will subscribe to your blog if you will to mine" is of course a complete cop-out. I have yet to find any bloggers here, with a couple exceptions, that is not a typical dingbat.
  
  And of those exceptions only one has not copped out yet.

  I'm not sure if everyone is aware that when they are interacting with certain "regulars" in here they're effectively dealing with "webmasters," because several of these accounts are SoulCast insiders. This was most obvious after "SoulCast" itself admitted it back during the copstilyoudrops scandal and when "SoulCast Help" did a post one time with the silverwhisper signature "ed" on the bottom. And no, I'm not paranoid just because I'm high.
