Man and woman are fundamental antagonistic towards each other. If it isn't for the initial sexual attraction that blinds them, men and women will hold no appeal to each other.

Women like to control. Men hates to be controlled. So a constant struggle ensues.

If it wasn't for the thing known as sexual attraction. The human population will have long gone extinct.

    I think both men and women like to control.  I know many a relationship where a man's ego is too fragile to relinquish control even part time.  A relationship is nothing less than both parties agreeing on how much control they are willing to give up in order to co-exist.
